Information om driftavbrott från RealBridge

RealBridge support skickade information igår kväll om att de haft ett avbrott i sin server vilket påverkat, och påverkar tävlingssessioner som skapats. Vänligen läs mer nedan.

Hi,
Earlier today, there was a problem on our main game server. Essentially the server was switched off unexpectedly by our cloud provider. The server was inaccessible between about 8:30am and 9:15am UK time (7:30 to 8:15 UTC). During that period sessions did not work. After it became available, it took some time before we could get existing sessions working again, so links that you had created before the outage didn’t become usable until about 11:00am (10:00 UTC). We’re very sorry about any inconvenience this has caused you.

Please be aware of these consequences:
Sessions created before 8:30am today, but not yet started
Any settings that you created will have disappeared – it will be as though you have created a new session.
The session links will work, so you don’t need to circulate new links.

You do need to set the session up again.
Sessions created and started before 8:30am today, but no boards had been played
The session is now not open. Again, any settings that you created will have disappeared, as though you have created a new session.
The session links will work, so you don’t need to circulate new links.
You do need to set the session up again, open it and start it.

Sessions that finished before 8:30am today, which had not yet been destroyed
The session has now been destroyed.
The session links have become results links, as normal.
If you need to download any files for the session, please contact us.

Sessions that were started before 8:30am today, which had not yet finished
Currently the session is inaccessible.

We are working on a solution for this.
